Shampoo: Wet entire hair, then pour a dime to quarter sized amount of shampoo (depending on the length and thickness of hair) into the palm of hand. Massage the shampoo into the scalp, working through the hair, covering the entire hair shaft from root to tip. Rinse thoroughly with cool or lukewarm water. Repeat the process 2 or 3 times if desired.

Conditioner: Apply to wet hair (depending on length and thickness of hair) using hands or a comb to work conditioner thoroughly in hair, covering the entire hair shaft from root to end. Leave in for 5 minutes. If conditioner stays in longer, the stronger the aromas become. Rinse thoroughly. Use as often as needed.
